Tips to keep cool in extreme heat
Many regions around the southern prairies experienced one of the hottest days so far this year. For some it would have been record breaking heat. Places like Mankato and Maple Creek, Saskatchewan saw temperatures above 36 degrees. Here in Lethbridge the expected high was 37 degrees certainly our hottest day. Now with that extreme heat can come heat stroke or heat exhaustion. Angela Stewart has more on how to keep safe in these scorching temperatures and how watch for signs of heat exhaustion.
