Lethbridge to host Canada West Golf Championship at Paradise Canyon

As prime golf season nears its end for the year, the best university golf athletes in western Canada will travel to Lethbridge for the Conference Championship.

The University of Lethbridge Pronghorns and Paradise Canyon Golf Resort is slated to host the Canada West Golf Championships for men and women on October 5-6.

As British Columbia typically hosts this annual championship series due to its temperate weather, it’ll be the first time that Canada West will play their golf finals anywhere in the prairies. Canada West includes the top university teams from B.C, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Organizers say the course is expected to remain of high quality while providing a scenic setting to end out the year.
