Southern Alberta Toy Run goes on Sept. 7

The Southern Alberta Toy Run is taking place tomorrow here in Lethbridge. This is the 43rd year of the event which brings together motorcycle riders from all over supporting a good cause. Dallas Harty is president of the Southern Alberta Bikers who is the sanctioning body for the Southern Alberta Toy Run. He shares with BCN’s Hal Roberts that the event is really about collecting donations for children in need. Harty says with this ride they are also honouring those who have been injured or lost their lives while riding. He is encouraging those who have been affected by such tragedies to come out. The Toy Run begins with breakfast at Honkers Pub tomorrow morning around 8am.
