Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says the Supreme Court of Canada’s recent ruling on Ottawa’s Bill C-69 which was deemed unconstitutional was a big win for our province. The bill sought to regulate activities within provincial jurisdiction. Premier Smith says this is something federal Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault is going to have to deal with. She explains in this interview with BCN’s Hal Roberts.
