Minister Neudorf on why electricity rates are lower

Alberta government officials say new market rules introduced by the province have decreased electricity prices year over year by close to 60 per cent in August. To chat about this in more detail is Alberta’s affordability and utilities minister Nathan Neudorf who joined us from Lethbridge. Neudorf explains in more detail how the Market Power Mitigation Regulation is having an impact on our bills.
