Lethbridge residents discuss Alberta’s upcoming referendum

Albertans are preparing to vote on 10 referendum questions on October 19, covering immigration, access to public services and Alberta’s constitutional powers. The vote will also ask whether the province should begin the process of holding a binding referendum on separation from Canada.

Today, the Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs hosted a discussion in Lethbridge with former Alberta cabinet minister Shannon Phillips to explore the proposals and what they could mean for the province.
