China’s retaliation could hurt prairie producers

As you have heard on BCN, the federal government in an effort to protect Canadian jobs is putting a 100 per cent tariff on Chinese made electric vehicles. There is talk now, that in retaliation, China may impose tariffs once again on Canadian agriculture products including our canola. According to political reporter Brian Lilley, that could be tough for our producers here on the prairies.
