Drone crop-spraying on the horizon
Officials say the drones can be used to find what plants may need more water, and where weeds are growing. With the help of facial recognition, they can even tell you how many and what cows got out! Studies are still being done to approve the drone to spray chemicals, like a crop duster does. Drones currently cannot spray chemicals as they are classified as an un-manned aircraft, which hasn’t been studied for the effects.
