Epoch Times addresses misconceptions

Last month two Canada Post workers in Regina were suspended after refusing to deliver the latest edition of the Epoch Times. The newspaper was founded by Chinese immigrants who fled communism. Its founders say there are efforts for the Chinese Communist party to infiltrate Canadian governments.

Epoch Time’s Canadian publisher, Cindy Gu says that there are a lot of misconceptions about the publications work.

“Some mistakenly think this is anti-China, or racist. I am a Chinese Canadian, it is sad to see that Chinese or non Chinese in Canada are parroting the Chinese Communist parties narrative using racism enabling tactics as a weapon to shield any criticism of the Chinese Communist parties crimes,” says Gu.

The Epoch Times newspaper and online publication runs various articles on health, wellness, science and technology.
