Waste reduction week highlights recycling options in Lethbridge

The City of Lethbridge is encouraging residents to reduce waste and make better use of local recycling programs during Waste Reduction Week, running October 19 to 23.

From a free compost giveaway to expanded plastic recycling options and a curbside battery collection program returning in November, the city is highlighting ways residents can divert more waste from the landfill and help protect the environment.
