Downtown BRZ offering plenty of summer events

Many events will be taking place over the summer especially with the hotter temperatures. The Downtown Business Revitalization Zone is organizing different events throughout the downtown core to help attract many people to the area. Sarah Amies with the BRZ says it’s important to bring more people downtown since it has so much to offer.   

“It’s super important to get people walking around to get that foot traffic, because you see a lot more in the individual stores and businesses. When you’re on foot, you can go, oh, look, let’s go into that store and have a quick look around. We’ve got so many unique stores. We’ve got personal services all over the downtown. Fantastic restaurants.”
