Grand opening of Buffalo Lodge housing complex

The completion of Buffalo Lodge, a multi-family housing complex consisting of townhouses and apartments on a five-acre property, was celebrated today with a grand opening ceremony. The affordable housing units are located at 2971 Stafford Dr., north of the city. The City of Lethbridge states Thanks in part to $1.8 million of funding support from the City of Lethbridge, an Aboriginal Housing Society project adds 132 new housing units to the city’s inventory. Half of the units will be held at affordable rates for at least 20 years.
