Snow shovelling tips from AHS paramedic

Two people in Refrew County in Ontario are dead after going into cardiac arrest while shovelling snow following Saturday’s winter storm. This is the time of year when you need to take extra care when shovelling the white stuff. Adam Loria is a paramedic with Alberta Health Services. He says when you are out shovelling, you really need to pace yourself. He offers some tips on how to best protect yourself during that snowy cold workout.
