New funding to address homelessness in YQL

Lethbridge will be receiving new permanent supportive housing units thanks to an investment by the Alberta government. Officials say the 10.2 million dollar investment will help to build new housing in our city to ensure those who are are experiencing homelessness have a safe place to call home. Government officials explained the importance of this initiative. The province says last year they broke ground on or opened affordable and supportive housing in six communities affecting more than 400 Alberta households.

Hal was blessed to win a few awards in his career including one as senior producer for a TV show on human trafficking which aired on CTS.
