The federal carbon tax is going up around 23 per cent on April 1st. The federal levy has hurt many even with the rebates. You don’t have to look much further than our home heating bills or the prices at the pumps. Lethbridge MP Rachael Thomas says the carbon tax continues to hit us hard at a time when we really need a break.
