Jamie Ellacott back in court on August 28

The case involving a disgraced former gymnastics coach was back in Lethbridge court on Monday morning.

Jamie Ellacott was not present during the proceedings.

Ellacott was charged last year with the assault of several young girls.

He faces five counts each of sexual interference and sexual assault of a person under the age of 16.

Ellacott previously had trouble finding a lawyer to represent him but has now hired one.

The case was adjourned and Ellacott will be back in court on August 28th at 10am to figure out trial dates.
