How-to Faire teaches repair skills at LSCO
For the first time, Environment Lethbridge is hosting the How-to Faire, an event designed to help people learn how to repair everyday items themselves. The initiative will feature demonstrations and workshops led by local volunteers, covering everything from sewing and bike maintenance to small appliance repairs. The initiative aims to help people develop practical skills, extend the life of their belongings and reduce waste sent to landfills.
The How-to Faire will take place on October 17 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization (LSCO).
