Are 15 minute cities a good or bad idea?

Edmonton has unvieled plans to implement the 15 minute city concept into its urban planning strategy. City officials say the benefits of this plan includes shopping, schools, and other amenities within 15 minutes of where you live. There are concerns, however, of hidden agendas regarding this type of urban planning. Marc Joffe, policy analyst from the CATO Institute, shares how people in Oxford, England resisted to this plan. He spoke with BCN producer Michael Klassen. 

Hal Roberts
