AISH to ADAP: Change brings hope and concern

An overhaul of Alberta’s disability-income system has moved from political debate to reality, with tens of thousands of Albertans transferred from the long-standing Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped program to a new benefit system intended to increase employment among people with disabilities.
