Lethbridge County survey reveals support for protecting farmland
The voices of Lethbridge County residents and the development industry have been heard. The County has released its “What We Heard” report, highlighting strong support for protecting agricultural land, directing growth near existing hamlets and creating clearer, more consistent development rules.
Kaylyn Franklin, Lethbridge County’s Manager of Planning and Development, says the feedback gathered through the spring survey will help guide future residential growth policies. The survey was conducted between February and March 2026.
