Law Enforcement Torch Run raises more than $1-billion over 40 years

The Lethbridge Polar Plunge took place this past weekend. The event had residents jumping in some chilly water for charity. Matt Burton, the provincial director for the Alberta Law Enforcement Torch Run, says the long-running event has raised some big bucks in the past.
