Supreme Court ruling on carbon tax gives the feds even more power over the provinces says Brian Lilley.

A story we recently brought you on Bridge City News was the Supreme Court of Canada ruling that the federal carbon tax is in fact constitutional. When it came to the votes from the judges sitting on the Supreme Court political reporter Brian Lilley says the vote was not unanimous. He says there were a few judges who sided with the provinces.
