Elm pruning ban put in place to fight dutch elm disease

Lethbridge is the only confirmed city in Alberta to have Dutch Elm Disease. DED is a fungus that poses a big threat to the over 12,000 elm trees in our city. As Micah Quinn explains, officials are reminding residents to watch their trees, as they can die within a few seasons if left infected with the disease.
