NDP’s Phillips says UCP has no economic job strategy

As Alberta enters Stage 3 of the economic relaunch with all restrictions being lifted, not everyone is happy with the decisions made by the government. NDP Finance Critic and Lethbridge-West MLA, Shannon Phillips, says the Kenney government has mismanaged the pandemic. Phillips says the choices made regarding the economy will have Alberta lagging behind other provinces for quite some time.

Phillips adds that according to Stats Canada, Alberta had the slowest performing economy, with a contraction of 8.2%.
