NATO allies protecting Ukraine

As tensions continue to heighten between Ukraine and Russia with a potential Russian invasion, a second shipment of U.S. weapons has arrived in Ukraine. The weapons are part of a 200-million dollars security assistance package U.S. President Joe Biden authorized in December. U.S. and NATO allies say they will do whatever it takes to protect Ukraine from a Russian invasion. We asked our foreign affairs expert, Lisa Daftari, if the west would actually go to war with Russia.

Hal Roberts

Hal is a veteran journalist with 30 years in the industry. He worked as a parliamentary reporter on the Hill interviewing federal leaders and cabinet ministers. Hal was blessed to win a few awards in his career including one as senior producer for a TV show on human trafficking which aired on CTS.
