Lethbridge looking for feedback over curbside organics program

The City of Lethbridge has launched a residential survey today in hopes of hearing feedback over their curbside organics program.

The curbside green cart program is meant to direct organic waste away from the landfill and encourage waste reduction. Since its launch in 2023, over 20 million kilograms of organic waste has been diverted from the landfill, an average of 585 kilograms per household.

The survey can be found on the City’s website and is open until August 30th.
