Lethbridge launches Community Satisfaction Survey
Starting today, Lethbridge residents will be able to give their feedback to help the city continue to improve programs and services. The City of Lethbridge is launching a Community Satisfaction Survey. Tara Grindle, Communications and Engagement Manager, says this brief 10-minutes phone survey serves as a targeted pulse check, aligned with the City’s key performance indicators. Forum Research Inc. will conduct the phone survey on behalf of the City of Lethbridge.
The survey is being conducted in two formats: a statistically valid telephone survey and an open-link survey available online until August 15.
