Grant funding awarded to Stirling for cenotaph project

Veterans of Stirling are set to be honoured come the fall. The Village of Stirling was approved for a project that would see a new cenotaph being built right next to the town office. As Micah Quinn explains, the village made an application for funding, which was accepted to the tune of $25,000.
