Former LCI Rams player drafted by NFL’s Bengals
A former Lethbridge football player made history after becoming the first Lethbridge Collegiate Institute Rams player to be drafted into the NFL. Tanner McLachlan was chosen by the Cincinnati Bengals last month in the sixth round or 194th overall. McLachlan graduated from LCI back in 2017 and returned to the school on Wednesday night. After graduating from LCI, he played football at Southern Utah University and in Arizona. He currently holds the University of Arizona’s school reception record with 79 receptions.
