The UCP says Premier Jason Kenney will be facing a leadership review in April at its annual general meeting. The gathering will take place April 8th and 9th in Edmonton. Recent reports have indicated certain divisions between party members over Kenney’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. An opinion poll conducted by Angus Reid in June suggested Kenney has the lowest level of support among premiers. Our legislative reporter, Tyler Dawson, says even though there has been some internal drama with the UCP, Premier Kenney still has his supporters.
