Alberta COVID era prosecutions undone.
A recent court ruling here in Alberta has undone a number of high profile COVID era prosecutions. As of last week there were only around 14 left and that number may in fact be lower this week. The change has a lot to do with the Ingram case which said that the Chief Medical Officer of Health should have been making pandemic related decisions and not politicians.
