Winter returns with a vengeance in Lethbridge

Winter has returned with a vengeance across the country.

Environment Canada has issued a slew of weather warnings as large swaths of the nation face messy conditions like winter storms, intense snowfall and freezing rain. Environment Canada says a storm making its way across the Prairies is expected to slam Alberta with as much as 20 centimetres of snow before tapering off later Tuesday.

Here in Lethbridge a yellow winter storm warning was issued that has provided serious effects to city roads. Here’s BCN’s Landon Hickok with a look at the whiteout that has touched Lethbridge.
