City of Lethbridge introduces 24/7 digital helper

It’s always good to get help and take advantage of this digital age. Knowing that, the City of Lethbridge has launched the Digital Helper. This 311 chatbot tool provides quick answers to frequently asked questions about City programs and services. Travis Hillier with the City says this is an extension of its live chat function. He says the chatbot now answers questions 24/7, 365. The City is asking residents to participate in naming the new digital helper chatbot by submitting suggestions through Get Involved Lethbridge until May 15.
