Property Assessments mailing out this week in Lethbridge

All property owners in Lethbridge are receiving their Property Assessments Notices in the mail as a reminder from the City of Lethbridge.
Property owners signed up for eNotices would have received their assessment notice by their email of choice from their MyCity account. If an assessment notice has not been received by January 19, residents are asked to call 311, or they can be viewed and reprinted after registering at Lethbridge.ca/MyCity. Residents can also learn more about property assessments at www.lethbridge.ca/assessment.
A formal complaint may also be issued prior to the appeal deadline if a property owner has met with a City Assessor and is unsatisfied with the property’s assessed value.
