Panel discussion in Lethbridge to discuss addiction

A panel discussion will be held at the Lethbridge Library on Tuesday, October 29 to discuss the opioid crisis in the city. Alvin Mills, founder of a recovery centre, explains the importance of having a collaboration of service providers working to help those struggling with addiction. According to Stats Canada, there were over 47-thousand opioid-related deaths reported between January 2016 and March 2024.
