Whoop Up Days coming up next week

Whoop-Up Day is starting soon. Every year, this celebration brings many new and traditional activities to brighten up the end of summer. This year, Whoop-Up Day will bring three new attractions. Paul Kingsmith, Director, Community Engagement, explains what the new features are.
