Uniroyal Gal stands tall in Lethbridge for tire shop’s 90th anniversary

From its beginnings as a one-man tire shop in downtown Lethbridge in 1936, Kirks Tire has grown into a regional operation employing roughly 350 people across Alberta. To celebrate their 90th anniversary, a 400-pound female fiberglass mascot is in town, and a Las Vegas favourite will soon visit the windy city. BCN’s Naveen Day has the story
