New rideshare/food delivery service launches in Medicine Hat

They have quickly gained popularity in recent years –  ridesharing and food delivery services.  And a new company in Medicine Hat is looking to take on big players like Uber, Lyft, Uber Eats, and SkipTheDishes.

The Medicine Hat-based 24/7 Rideshare Services is becoming a growing trend.  And that’s because the dollars stay in the hands of the city’s residents. The company’s founder, Trevor Penner explains why he started the business.

Much like other ride hailing and food delivery services, the customer needs to download an app and create an account to start using the service.  Both Penner and driver Dan Howard say that they are able to operate with more efficiency than larger companies in their industry, which allows them to pass savings (approximately 20% less than regular cab fare) on to their customers.
