Lich and Barber trials have begun in Ottawa.
The criminal trials involving Freedom Convoy organizers Tamara Lich and Chris Barber has begun in Ottawa. Police, city officials and former mayor Jim Watson will be among 22 witnesses called to take the stand. Crown attorney Tim Radcliffe says he will also submit more than 100 exhibits at the trial. Political reporter Brian Lilley says it appears to be a lot of political theatre and a strong show of force by the Trudeau government.
