Lethbridge realtor comments on collusion in real estate commissions

A court ruling in the U.S. says realtors colluded to receive higher commission rates could change the way agents operate in Canada. Earlier this month a Missouri jury found the National Association of Realtors and others guilty of inflating real estate agent commissions. A class action lawsuit examining similar practices was also launched in Canada. Jeff Reimer is a realtor with Royal LePage in Lethbridge. He says you really don’t see that kind of collusion here.
