Lethbridge Police warning U of L students of suspicious man

Lethbridge Police are warning students at the University of Lethbridge about a suspicious man.

LPS staff say he has been seen around the bus loop of the U of L asking multiple women which bus they are taking and making them feel uncomfortable.

The man is described as being in his late 40s along with having dark brown and greying hair with a grey goatee.

Security at the university have been made aware of the incidents and are working with police to identify the suspect.

LPS is encouraging the public to call them immediately at 403-328-4444 if they see any suspicious activity.

UPDATE: Lethbridge Police have identified a suspicious male who was previously reported approaching females around the bus-loop at the University of Lethbridge.

The man was warned by police and told to stay away from the area, however his actions did not meet the threshold for criminal charges.

Staff with LPS say no further information will be released.
