Lethbridge Police Service’s Operation Cold Start

This is the time of year when we see a lot more vehicle thefts. People start up their vehicles in front of their homes and leave them unlocked as they leave them running to warm up. Lethbridge Police Service in conjunction with Calgary Police have launched a new campaign this week called Operation Cold Start. It’s a simple reminder to lock your vehicle when it is running. Sgt Leanne Christos from the LPS explains how the campaign works.
