A love story that took place during the First World War has now been released. It is featured in a book called Lethbridge: A tale of love in a time of war. The characters dig into the trenches of France and the subsequent military hospitals of England. The story also brings readers to Lethbridge. Alberta author Terry McConnell says the book is historical fiction and was inspired by his own grandparents.
