Lethbridge expands EV charging network to Helen Schuler
The City of Lethbridge has expanded its Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure and has added two more charging stations at the Helen Schuler Nature Centre.
The level 2 chargers, operational during the facility’s regular hours, offer 19.2 kilowatts of charging capability and expands the city’s level two charger count to 26, plus two fast charging stations at Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden. The city says demand for EV infrastructure continues to grow at a moderate pace.
The charging stations are funded by a federal government grant under the Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program.
