Fire under investigation that destroyed two Lethbridge homes

An early morning fire has destroyed two Lethbridge homes on Tuesday morning.

Twenty-six firefighters from all five stations arrived to find heavy smoke and flames. They worked through hazardous conditions made worse by falling temperatures and challenging weather. Although both homes were lost, everyone escaped safely, and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. Police are asking anyone in the area with security cameras, or anyone else who might’ve been a witness to come forward. You can all LPS at 403-328-4444.
