Is use of cluster bombs a potential war crime?

There is some controversy involving the US giving Ukraine cluster bombs in its war with Russia. The Associated Press says more than 120 countries around the world have banned this weapon.  Our foreign affairs expert, Lisa Daftari, says in the past the U.S. has even designated the use of the cluster bombs or bunker busters as a war crime. She explains in this interview with BCN’s Hal Roberts.
