Increase of women in farming discussed at Farming Smarter Conference and Trade Show

With Canadian Agriculture Day upon us, over 200 farmers and agriculture experts made their way to the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge on Wednesday for the Farming Smarter Conference and Trade Show. The annual event highlights speakers from across southern Alberta and Canada to talk about their experience in the ag-industry. As BCN’s Micah Quinn explains, a local podcaster who spoke at the event chatted about the increase of women getting into farming.
