Construction continues for the twinning of Highway 3 between Taber and Burdett. Bill Chapman, Coaldale councilor and past president of the Highway 3 Twinning Development Association, says the project appears to be on time and on budget. He also discussed why there was such a push to get that portion of the highway twinned.
