City asks residents to report encampments over fire risks

The City of Lethbridge alongside Fire and Police are asking the public for help to report encampments in the Oldman River Valley. LPS have confirmed that two major grass fires that occurred on January 13th in the valley were directly caused in the context of encampments, and they were very close to causing substantial damage and even loss of life.

Landon is a recent graduate of the Radio and Television program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in Edmonton.
