Alberta’s GDP expected to be lower in 2024

There is a new report which says Alberta’s economy is expected to slow down to 1.2 per cent growth this year. That is lower that the 2.6 per cent growth we saw in 2023. Our legislative reporter Tyler Dawson says a lot of it has to do with high inflation along with our debt to income ratios. Mr. Dawson will also discuss the fights that the Smith government is picking with the Trudeau government. He shares the details with BCN’s Hal Roberts.
